Steps to submit your purchase order:
- To authorize the purchase, you need to fax a formal P.O. with a cover letter on a school letterhead to (214)-295-6110
- Please include an e-mail address on the P.O. if you want to receive e-mail notification of your shipment and tracking number.
- The shipping charge will be added to your PO unless you ask for the exact total amount.
The PO will be rejected if the PO doesn't include the following:
- Missing PO Number
- Billing and Shipping address.
- Contact Name and phone number
- Email Address
Note: We have the right to refuse any PO that doesn't meet our criteria.
