Warranty:
Most of the products sold through DigiNetLink.com have one year factory warranty from the date of purchase. If the product becomes defective within one year, DigiNetLink.com will provide replacement or repair at no extra charge (s/h charges will apply to resend the unit). The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware).
Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 30% repair fee. Once the defective product is received it might take up to 45 business days to repair or replace the unit.
