Warranty Product Repair
Most of the products sold through have one year (1 year) factory warranty from the date of purchase (date on your invoice). If the product becomes defective within one year, will provide repair
or replacement at no extra charge however buyer is responsible for freight both ways and handling charges will apply to resend the unit. Once the warranty product is received it might take up to 90 business days to repair the unit (Please note that most manufacturers are in Taiwan, China or UK). The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged, abused or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware).Please follow our Return Policy RMA instructions for warranty.
Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 25% repair fee plus s/h both ways. Once the defective product is received it might take up to 45 business days to repair the unit. Out of warranty units are NOT qualified for replacement and acceptance to repair (our tech must see the unit in order to determine if it is repairable or not) will NOT guarantee the unit repair and may be refused if the product is not repairable.

If you didn't purchase any electronic product (GPS or non-GPS) from us and you need to repair it please contact us along with the problem and the unit model. We will provide you an affordable and low cost estimate, please note buyer is responsible for the freight both ways and for repair cost.
