30 - Days Return Policy
All of our products are Brand New (unless stated otherwise on the
description) and fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is
included with most products for sale at DigiNetLink.com GPS Online
Store. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective
parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer, in most cases
up to one year.If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original
invoice date (see list of non-returnable product below).

The returned package must be received within 7 business days
of the RMA issue date. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Thereafter, all sales are final. This will begin
from the date of receipt until the postmarked date of your return package(s).
We will credit your credit card with the purchase price, excluding shipping and
handling charges and there will be minimum 15% restocking fee on all products (opened or unopened)
sold on www.DigiNetLink.com
website (this return policy does not cover purchases made thru other
websites) if returns are received. We only ask that you return the item in
new condition, in original undamaged packaging, and with all packaging
materials, inserts, warranty cards, manuals, CD ROM, and accessories.
Therefore, units that have been installed, severely scratched, abused, or that
are missing the original UPC code on the box will NOT be
accepted for return or credit and must be returned directly via the
manufacturer. In addition, any or software, including pre-programmed data
cards, that have been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your
credit. No circumstances will a refund be granted after that time.
If package is returned back to us due
to non delivery, customer didnít pickup the package or abandoned
it, if customer changed his/her mind after order was shipped or non sufficient
address provided by the customer the item will be subject to a minimum 25-30% restocking fee
as well and minus shipping and handling fee. It is very important to communicate with us at all times.
Shipping, handling and insurance
charges are NOT refundable for any reason.
Package(s) received after 30 days
will be returned to the customer and freight (all costs involved) will be
billed to the customer's credit card. If package is returned back to us due to
non delivery (customer didnít pickup
the package, abandoned or refused it) or non sufficient address provided by the customer
the item will be subject to 15% (up to 100% if total damage) minimum restocking
fee as well.
Please check your order
as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of
delivery to make any claims for missing, damaged or defective items. If
your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the
package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems.
All software and memory cards are not returnable
or refundable. Sealed accessories once unsealed and installed are NOT
returnable or refundable.
1. All merchandise
returned for credit, repair, or exchange MUST have a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number.
30% minimum restocking fee will be charged for
returns WITHOUT RMA number. This includes refused packages without our knowledge. Once package is shipped, it means the order is completed. You MUST communicate with us and let us know that you want to return a product. Do NOT return a product without ANY communication and RMA number.
2. Please obtain an RMA number at email@example.com BEFORE returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your
order number, the product you wish to return along with S/N number and the
reason for return and product condition. We will only accept returns which have an RMA number. Once
this request made you will receive an RMA instructions along with the return
address. If you fail to write Ste #, city or company name we may NOT receive
your RMA therefore the package may be delivered to someone else and we will
consider it lost.
3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay
4. All returned
merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 7
days (US) or 15 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.
5. Please return item via trackable (delivery / signature confirmation,
insurance etc) method, DigiNetLink.com will NOT be responsible for
shipment lost during return process.
6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace (may take
up to 14 business days and warranty RMA may take up to 90 business days) any
defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original
product is no longer available. When returning an item, please do not
initiate a chargeback with your credit card company.
We will credit your card
for your return within 10 business days, and a chargeback will only delay
processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities
to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.
7. Non warranty RMA will
take about 7-14 business days to process and warranty RMA may take up to 45
business days. Replacement package will be returned via USPS mail.
8. Please do NOT tape
or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise
back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory
cards or other accessories in the unit.
9. Removal or alteration
of a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number sticker will
automatically void your DigiNetLink Return Policy. Products that are
returned to DigiNetLink with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will
be refused RMA service and returned to you.
10. All returned
merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original
factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory
packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery,
charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and
all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RMA number or any other
inscriptions must NOT be written, printed or taped on the product box or
packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not
followed or grater restocking fee will apply.
11. IMPORTANT: The product you returning MUST be in the same
condition that was stated on the RMA email. Please make sure to package it well
(use box instead of soft envelope) to avoid the product damage in transit. If
the product received is incomplete, missing parts, scratched, heavy used,
abused, damaged or modified in any way, DIGINETLINK.com reserves the right
to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to
the customer at theirs expenses or it will be subjected to 25% - 100% re-stocking
fee based on the product condition. Freight and all cost associated with the
return will be billed to the customer's credit card.
12. All Packages are
inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. DIGINETLINK.com is
not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost
shipments. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is best to contact us
and the freight carrier. Please inform DIGINETLINK of such shipping problems.
Once you accept the package, DIGINETLINK.com will no longer be responsible for
merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's
responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to
properly insure all merchandise being returned to DigiNetLink.com. Please make
sure to write FULL and CORRECT shipping address so we can actually receive an
RMA. If you fail to write Ste #, city or company name we may NOT to receive
your RMA therefore the package may be delivered to someone else
