SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME /BACK ORDERS


Handling and Processing Time:


Our shipping department is open Mon-Fri. We are NOT shipping on Sunday or Holidays when postal office is closed. Orders received after 1.30pm CT M-F will be shipped the next business day (handling time may vary, check item description).

Please note, once order is shipped and there is a tracking number, order cannot be canceled and s/h cannot be refunded for any reason. Please try to make arrangements before order shipping. Use order notes for instructions and requests. We highly recommend that you also email us within 24 hours after order placement along with the order number, your valid email address and phone number for any requests or instructions.


Shipping and Delivery Time:


USPS First Class (Estimated delivery 2-5 days*),
USPS Priority Mail (Estimated delivery 2-3 days*),
USPS Express Mail - 2nd day or overnight to many areas (not guaranteed - please check with usps before ordering), order must be placed by 1pm otherwise it will be delivered with 2nd day delivery*,
USPS Global Express Mail International (Estimated delivery 3-8 business days excl. custom clearance*)
USPS Global Priority Mail International (Estimated delivery 6-12 business days excl. custom clearance*).
Fedex or UPS special delivery is available, please contact for rates. If you need Special Delivery or Guaranteed (Overnight, etc), please contact us for estimate before placing an order.



*DigiNetLink.com is NOT responsible for carrier service transit time, delays or errors. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note, that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. DigiNetLink.com is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties before purchasing.


Delivery time is only an estimated time provided by USPS.com. Actual time could vary due to weekends, holidays, peak periods, custom clearance or the efficiency of foreign delivery service.



We may use FEDEX in some cases, if you need Special Delivery or Guaranteed (Overnight, etc), please contact us for estimate.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent.


***International Buyers:


Due to the recent increase in international fraud, our company policy requires the verification of all international orders. Once international order is received we email a verification form within 24 hours, please send it back to us along with all required paperwork via email. If we do not receive verification paperwork within 3 days, your order will be canceled automatically.

If are not willing to go thru verification with us please submit your payment via Paypal Verified Account.


***USA Buyers:


If you need to ship to a different address, please assist us by doing the following: Contact your card issuer and have the alternate Ship-to Address added as an authorized shipping location in your account records or in the memo field. If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing address that has not been specified as an alternate Ship-to Address with your card-issuer, your order may be delayed by up to several days as we complete verification.

DigiNetLink.com reserves the right to cancel any order that is suspicious.

If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to the customers. We will however response promptly to any customs clearance requirements/requests to help speed up the process.


FREE Shipping and Handling


This sign on the item means we offer FREE Shipping on that specific item via USPS/UPS Standard mail (actual delivery timing 2-5 business days) within USA (United States of America). This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time. We do NOT offer free shipping outside USA.

Software Download and license key via email

Software Download/License key will be available/sent within 24 hours upon payment receipt in full (paypal payments will NOT be accepted for download). Enjoy FREE shipping!


Please check your order as soon as it is received.
We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing / incorrect or damaged items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems.


Backorders


In MOST cases our website will state that a product is on BACKORDER above the product description.


Backorder items will be shipped once they become available, ETA may vary (up to 6 weeks) and if you would like to know the exact day and replacement / cancellation options, please email us along with your order number. Please note, if you would like to cancel back order you must email us with the cancellation before it shipped. Shipping and handling will not be refunded once it shipped. We will not charge your credit card until the product is available and ready to be shipped.
